When I’m bored or tired I can get sarcastic.
And when I get sarcastic, I can get in trouble because it’s been made pretty clear that my particular “type” of sarcasm really isn’t understood by anyone else on the planet except me.
So, what I consider “funny” and somewhat “playful” is often understood as “rude” and “jerkface.”

Blackouts and Candles
Ah another day another thing falling apart. We had a blackout in the late evening today.
And… and…. and our Power Backup decided to go Kaput. Time to break out the Candles.
Luckily a friend of mine gave me this neat Giant Ekram Candle for Diwali. I’d normally keep these kinda things, them being precious and special and all. But I figured “Hey its going to sit alone and gather dust unless I use it” lol.
And yes, these pictures were taken on a Nokia N97. Ha just had to plug that in.
Needless to mention, the power came back in about an Hour. And there I was with a gazillion pics of Candles and Flames.
Eesh. I need help.
We’re One Year Old !

Looks like we have a problem
Eesh. Updated to WordPress v2.8 and looks like it broke a few things around here. The site is officially in Maintenance mode until I either get a new theme, or find an updated version of this one lol.
Ah the wonderful world of WordPress.
Edit: Found a sweet one. Called “Imprezz”. Now I get to spend the next couple of hours configuring it for the site. Fun !
Edit 2 : Well that didnt last long. The Search for a new theme goes on !

Apologies for the Lack of Updates
Egads I am just not keeping this blog as updated as I thought I would.
Which is ironic considering ZOMGitsCj.com is updated every single day lol.
I apologise. I never thought I’d be one of “those” types of people who start up a blog and then just abandon it for large periods of time. Not that the periods of abandonment were THAT huge, but a week since my last update doesnt sit well in my books.
There have been a number of factors leading to my lack of posts here to be honest. One thing is that I just dont have the time here in Kuwait. I’m always either out with friends, or resting from a crazy night out with friends lol. Adding to that, give me a bad internet connection, and I loose all motivation to “blog” as such, or do anything on the Internet for that matter. Another factor, Twitter has mostly aided me in venting and lived up to its “micro blogging” tag for me personally.
Today we got faster Internets at my place in Kuwait.
And hence. The updates will be rolling in.
389 Pictures
Eeeeek Today I took 384 Pictures in just 4 short hours. At the rate I’m going I’m never going to be able to upload and blog about them !
What series of incidents lead to this many images ?
Well simple. I went to the Kuwait Towers, which is basically a huge Tourist attraction here, and as usual I went picture crazy. My N82 became freakkin hot because I had GPS and the accelerometer constantly being used, along with the camera. Also the 50 Degree C Kuwaiti heat did not help things either.
Nonetheless the N82 lasted about 4 hours on that, with the backlight on maximum brightness. Gotta love that camera-phone.
Now I have to get on watermarking those pics and uploading them all up. Egads.
And on the Twelfth Day, Teh Cj Rested
Egads. After days of running around, hanging out with friends, and generally being way too busy, I finally had absolutely nothing to do today haha.
So what did I do today then ? Well I slept.
Ah and such a good sleep it was. I was so pooped from all the crazy fun I had in the last couple of days that I really needed a good “day of sleep”.
I swear my bed is way more comfortable than it looks btw.
Today I checked out Diet Pepsi here in Kuwait.
Why does the can have flowers and butterflies all over it ? I want MANLY DIET PEPSI thank you !
Meh. What can I say ? Tastes like Diet Pepsi would lol.
Also bought a Lion Bar.
I used to love these when I was a kid. Dont quite know why, they dont taste that great lol.

The local coins of Kuwait. The picture didnt turn out anywhere as good as I hoped it’d be. I blame the lighting lol.
So there you have it. Finally a day of sweet nothingness. Of course I did step out with a couple pals to get some Pani Puri (is that how you spell it?) with them earlier in the evening. Funny how I’d rather die that eat that back in India, but here it’s aite
